Cormac interviews Dr Ian Scott from Grow Your Grass Off.

Dr Ian Scott has a passion for growing food and helping others do the same in a logical and regenerative way.

He has a diverse background, being a car mechanic, a Chiropractic Physician for many years, before helping others grow food at Grow Your Grass Off (GYGO).

He has an affinity toward growing rare and exotic edible plants and raising exotic animals. He is currently building out his 3-acre homestead in Florida to feed his family and local community.
